Our Capital Campaign was initiated as part of a long-range planning process. A Steering Committee was formed under the guidance of Fr. Bill Rowland, the Parish Building Committee and School Board to seek input from the parish community concerning the development of a Master Plan. Given the results of the Needs Assessment in the Spring of 2009 and ongoing refinements based on extensive community input, an integrated Master Plan that unifies the design of all facilities and requirements for future generations was developed. Through the input of many parishioners, the need for a Capital Campaign was determined. An attainable budget was determined with the help of the Financial Feasibility Study conducted in September 2009.

Phase 1 Projects include:

Remodeling the interior of the Church including:

The altar area, choir area and bathrooms
Adding new stained glass windows, niches for the Stations of the Cross and upgrading the sound system
New adult immersion Baptismal Font, Paschal Candle Niche and Ambry cabinet
New flooring, lightning, skylights, acoustical wall panels and ceiling wood treatment, saint statue niches
Refurbished pews and new kneelers, a handicap ramp to the altar, complete painting to the interior and exterior

New 17,000 square foot Education Center used for School and Parish activities and ministries including:

12 new classrooms, 2 sets of student restrooms, staff restrooms and Specialty Rooms
New Computer Lab, Library/Media Center, and Reading Resource Rooms
New Science Lab integrated into the seventh grade classroom
Outside gathering and learning spaces
Renovate the existing school to include: Administration offices, new interior finishes for all classrooms, a new roof, and Music Room

Acquisition of Property to create parking:

5 year Shared Land Use Agreement with adjacent church on Pio Pico - completed October 2015; Gives us necessary sports field and playground space, as well as overflow church parking
